COMPANY MILESTONES
Year 2006
Gravalty Company was establised on July 2006 registered as PT. Gravalty Semesta, a distribution company for pipe, fittings, flanges, valves and automation system (SDV, BDV, on-off application), industrial valves, control valves and other general equipment for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical General Industries.
Year 2007
Due to restructure of Company Organization on October 2007, PT. Gravalty Solution was set up. The objective of the Company is to focus and be a leader in the distribution of Industrial Valves for Actuated Valves (SDV, BDV, On-Off MOV, GOV), Control Valve, Pressure Regulator Valves, Pressure Safety Valves, Sample Connection, Sample Cooler Package, Instrument Valves, Injection Quill & Instrument Bulk Materials.
Year 2009
In order to cover small enterprise requirement for tender in Oil & Gas Companies hence PT. Gravalty Engineering was established on October 2009. Scope of work and supply are similar with PT. Gravalty Solution.
Year 2012
On February 2012, Gravalty Group location moved to our owned building, a four floors office with space 211 meter square in Cengkareng Area around half hour from Soekarno Hatta International Airport
Year 2014
As the growing of the company and increasing the need of fast delivery in Valve Automation & various Modification also to facilitate local content in the Oil & Gas Company’s tender, reliable After Sales Service & Valves Repairs, Gravalty Workshop was set up in West Balaraja on October 2014, occupied 1100 square meter land with 2 office floors.
Year 2024
In June 2024, GRAVALTY expanded its in-house manufacturing capabilities with the acquisition of precision lathe and milling equipment. This investment enhances our ability to deliver custom-engineered components with reduced lead times and improved quality assurance.
Year 2024
In July 2024, our company achieved official brand registration with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. The issuance of the Brand Certificate (Sertifikat Merek) affirms our legal ownership and exclusive rights to the brand, reinforcing our commitment to intellectual property compliance and market integrity. This milestone strengthens our corporate identity, supports procurement credibility, and enhances brand protection across all operational sectors.
Year 2025
In June and July 2025, PT. GRAVALTY SOLUTION and PT. GRAVALTY ENGINEERING proudly achieved a significant milestone by obtaining the following certifications : ISO 9001 : 2015 – Quality Management System, ISO 14001 : 2015 – Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 : 2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System. These certifications were officially granted for our Head Office and GRAVALTY Workshop – West Balaraja, serving as a strong testament to our commitment to quality, environmental responsibility and workplace safety in line with international standards. This accomplishment reinforces GRAVALTY’s dedication to building trust, creating sustainable value and delivering excellence for all partners and clients.
